The 5th Annual Awards Ceremony and Dinner will be held at the beautiful and unique California Academy of Sciences** located in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. The Peter Benchley Ocean Awards have been called the Academy Awards for those who act on behalf of the ocean. They are given annually and are the only existing awards that acknowledge outstanding achievement leading to the protection of our coasts and ocean across a broad range of categories. They are an opportunity to unify, inspire and recognize leaders in ocean and coastal conservation solutions: to celebrate what we’ve accomplished and the wonders of our blue ocean planet.
